About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team in a busy logistics office environment based in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in finance administration or high-level warehouse administration who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Order (PO) checking and generation
2. Data matching and reconciliation
3. Cost generation and analysis
4. Financial reporting and support
5. KPI report generation
6. Liaising with senior management on financial matters
7. General finance-related administrative duties
Ideal Candidate Profile:
8. Previous experience in finance administration or high-level warehouse admin
9. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word
10. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Comfortable working in a logistics/warehouse office environment
