Job Purpose To support the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems while gaining hands-on experience and industry knowledge under supervision. This role is designed to develop the skills required to become a fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer. Key Responsibilities Assist senior engineers with servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems Support installation of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems Carry out basic fault finding and diagnostics under supervision Clean and replace filters, coils, and components Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain accurate job records and service reports Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Travel to client sites as required Participate in ongoing training and development programs Skills & Experience Required Essential: Strong interest in HVAC / mechanical engineering Good practical and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and take instruction Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems Good communication and teamwork skills Full UK driving licence (Clean) Desirable: Relevant qualification CSCS card (or willingness to obtain) F-Gas awareness (not essential) Personal Attributes Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail Able to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible approach to work and hours Training & Development On-the-job training with experienced engineers Opportunity to gain industry qualifications (e.g., F-Gas certification) Structured career progression into a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer role Working Hours 40 hours per week, MondayFriday.
