We pride ourselves in providing the Papyrus Platform to our large corporate customers for their customer engagement and Omni-Channel communication projects in the UK and internationally.
As part of our growth, we seek an Inside Sales & Business Development professional to join our high-performing team. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, calling warm contacts, and generating leads. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Directors to research and identify new opportunities for Papyrus Software in related sectors.
* Research prospects to gather relevant information, chase active projects, and speak to decision-makers to introduce Papyrus Software.
* Reach out to prospects via phone, LinkedIn, and email to introduce Papyrus and convert leads into opportunities.
* Generate qualified opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of new market and client opportunities, including campaign-specific and self-generated leads.
* Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and position Papyrus Software as the solution.
* Maintain all client records in the company's CRM database.
* Coordinate with international sales teams and Directors to ensure timely project execution.
Preferred Background:
* BA level education with enterprise software experience.
* Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse customer personalities.
* Efficient time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Research and problem-solving skills.
* Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
* Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
* Experience in enterprise software sales.
