Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Asset Management Coordinator to join their operations team. This is a vital role responsible for the effective allocation and tracking of stock, tools, and parts to field engineers-ensuring everything is in place for smooth, efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities:· Allocate stock, parts, and assets to engineers according to job schedules and requirements· Maintain accurate records of all stock and asset movements using internal systems· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment· Liaise with engineers and internal departments to ensure efficient asset availability· Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock records or allocations· Assist in regular stocktakes, audits, and usage reporting· Contribute to the improvement of asset tracking and control processes· Work closely with procurement and warehousing teams to support supply chain operations Person Specification:· Previous experience in asset management, stock control, or logistics· Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills· Confident using systems and databases to manage inventory· Effective communicator able to work with engineers and internal stakeholders· Proactive and solution-focused with strong time management· IT literate, ideally with knowledge of inventory or asset management software Please note:As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
