FIXED TERM CLINICAL FELLOW IN OPHTHALMOLOGY (FY LEVEL)
Applications are invited for the above post based at Ninewells Hospital & Medical School, Dundee.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain further experience in Ophthalmology at foundation doctor level.
The post is available from 31th March to August 2026 for 4 months. Less than Full time will be considered.
The successful candidate will join a team of foundation doctors, specialty registrars, and Consultant Ophthalmology Surgeons. Although this post is not formally recognised for training, the role will be broadly similar to that of a foundation year doctor and offer opportunities across a broad spectrum of ophthalmology including ward review, surgery, emergency care and outpatient activities. Department strengths include glaucoma, high volume cataract surgery and macula and uveitis.
Candidates should be GMC registered.
