Job Description
3. Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
5. Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies.
6. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
7. Assist in month-end closing tasks as required.
8. Communicate with suppliers to address payment queries or issues.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal procedures.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
11. Experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
12. Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
13. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in the Not For Profit sector.
15. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
