The Role
You will:
* Teach and deliver high-quality learning across Business programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, including T Levels.
* Plan engaging lessons that connect theory with real‑world business practice.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
* Develop teaching materials and resources that support inclusive and effective learning.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, and curriculum development.
* Support students’ personal and academic development to help them reach their full potential.
