Casual Starbucks Barista (with Occasional Team Leader Duties)
Are you confident working in a fast-paced retail environment, experienced in delivering exceptional customer service, and capable of stepping into leadership when needed? We have an exciting opportunity to join our ICC Starbucks team in a Casual Barista role (with occasional Team Leader responsibilities).
We are looking for talented individuals to join our well-established in-store team - people who are friendly, personable, confident, dedicated, and reliable. If you have the experience and capability to lead a team of Baristas when our permanent Team Leaders are unavailable, we want to hear from you!
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is required.
2. Experience in coaching or supervising a team is highly desirable.
3. Experience in coordinating with key internal customers, your manager and your team
4. Available to work flexible hours that will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
5. Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.

7. Hourly rate of Pay £12.71 and £13.96 whilst Team Leading
8. Holiday is accrued at 12.07 percent of hours worked.
