SEND Teaching Assistant – Role & Responsibilities
* Provide Academic and Emotional Support to students with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
* Help create a Positive and Inclusive Learning Environment to support Student Progress.
* Assist Teachers with lesson preparation, adapting materials for students with Special Educational Needs.
* Work closely with the SENCO and External Specialists to implement Tailored Support Plans.
* Monitor Student Development and provide Feedback to Teachers and Parents.
SEND Teaching Assistant – Person Specification
* A 1st Class Psychology Graduate from a Top UK University.
* A Genuine Passion for SEN and Inclusive Education.
* Previous experience working with Children or Young People is desirable.
* Strong communication, patience, and resilience.
