Clinical Deputy Manager – Heathland Court Care Home, 56 Parkside, Wimbledon, London, SW19 5NJ
Up to £52,998 - Depending on experience. Permanent - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities
* Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
* With the help of your team, create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records. Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
* Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team — promoting residents’ independence, choice, and dignity.
* Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, and foster a sense of community within the home.
* Develop strong relationships with local partners and liaise with them to raise the care home’s profile locally and beyond.
Qualifications
* Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
* Understanding of the impact of quality nursing care on residents’ lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
* Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
* Ability to build relationships, lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent at prioritising tasks and working efficiently as a compassionate team player.
