1. Own and drive enterprise new business across education and employer partnerships, building a high-quality target account list across key verticals.
2. Identify and engage senior stakeholders (HR, Early Careers, CFO, COO, education leadership) to create and progress strategic opportunities.
3. Tell apelling, insight-led story around an AI-powered platform and its impact on student oues and teacher workload.
4. Deliver new multi-year revenue in line with ambitious growth targets and increase average contract value.
5. Build and manage a strong pipeline through a mix of outbound activity, events, thought leadership, and partner-led introductions.
6. Act as a category voice for AI in education and social mobility, including hosting roundtables and attending industry events.
7. Run a consultative sales process, including building ROI models, navigating RFPs, and aligning solutions to measurable oues.
8. Manageplex sales cycles, including multi-threading accounts and working with procurement and legal on SOWs and MSAs.
9. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth handovers and long-term partnership success.
10. Feed structured, quantitative market feedback into Product teams to influence roadmap prioritisation.
11. Stay up to date with developments in AI, education, and social mobility to strengthenmercial positioning.
12. Maintain strong CRM discipline and accurate forecasting across all opportunities.
