Senior Clinical/Forensic Psychologist and Clinical Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical or Forensic Psychologist to lead and clinically manage a Psychologically Informed Planned Environment (PIPE) within the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway. The service is based within a Probation Approved Premises in Peterborough, supporting rehabilitation and reducing reoffending.
Responsibilities
* Shape a safe, enabling, and psychologically centred environment for individuals with complex personality needs who have recently been released from prison.
* Oversee PIPE service delivery and ensure the integrity of the PIPE model.
* Facilitate therapeutic group work and contribute to national service development.
* Provide clinical supervision and develop staff capability.
* Work closely with key stakeholders including HMPPS, NHS, and the wider OPD network.
* Maintain a healthy psychosocial environment and adherence to PIPE model principles.
* Design, deliver, and oversee core PIPE components, including group work and group dynamics management.
* Ensure the PIPE service meets Enabling Environment award standards.
* Contribute to staff development through training, support, and clinical supervision.
* Attend Clinical Leads Business Meetings with other Clinical Leads.
