We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team at Sizewell B for the outage in 2026.
About the role
Provide administrative support for on-site team for up-coming refuelling outage.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Valves & Pumps team.
* Set up and maintain SQEP records (CVs and supporting documentation) for Trillium.
* Submit Dosimetry applications and manage appointments for Trillium.
* Interrogate ‘My Learning Hub’ to determine Trillium training needs and make bookings to fill any gaps.
* Meet and greet outage arrivals.
* Ensure relevant Trillium individuals are on appropriate site authorised lists.
* Manage IT and AMS requests for Trillium.
* Complete relevant Safety Rules paperwork for Trillium.
* Assist admin team as and when required.

* Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
* Ability to manage complete tasks.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Confidence in asking for support and working within a very busy and intense working environment.
* Proactive approach to work.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* Adaptable and keen to support others in the team when required.
