Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist teachers in planning and implementing educational activities.
2. Support students’ learning and development through one-on-one and group interactions.
3. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
4. Provide emotional and social support to students.
5. Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning atmosphere.
6. Help with a range of subjects/extra-curricular (Nativity plays, shows, sports day).
7. Participate in professional development and training sessions.
Qualifications:
8. Previous experience as a nanny or in a childcare setting.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. A genuine passion for working with children.
11. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
12. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
13. Basic understanding of child development.
