About the Role

To provide a responsive, flexible, high quality, efficient administrative support function for the L&D Training Services team and broader L&D functions. Delivery of an exceptional customer service experience to all L&D customers

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the upkeep of our LMS
2. Administer collaboratively L&D Operational activities and events
3. Key point of contact for course delegates
4. Prompt day to day customer liaison dealing with L&D enquiries, escalating appropriately
5. Delivering outstanding measurable customer service
6. Support the L&D Administration Manager in administering the planning and scheduling of Trainer activities to meet with the needs of the customer
7. Support the L&D Administration Manager to identify and implement Operational Best Practice strategies with an eye on Customer Success
8. Engage positively with all colleagues across OFG
9. Have an appreciation and understanding of innovative technologies in a L&D function
10. Assists L&D Operations in the generation of reports that measure the impact of training and its added value to the organisation
11. Undertake training as required to demonstrate Continued Professional Development

Experience, Skills & Qualification

Essential

12. Proven track record of planning, scheduling, and coordinating events across a range of stakeholders.
13. Conducts self professionally and understands what good customer service looks like.
14. Proven track record of attention to detail.
15. Strong capabilities with technology, including all Microsoft office applications.
16. Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility in approach and style to meet demands.
17. Track record of meeting deadlines.
18. Detailed and conscientious, taking pride in output and achievement in of quality standards.
19. Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
20. Self-motivated, requires minimal supervision.
21. GCSE English Language & Maths

Desirable

22. Previous experience with an LMS or similar system
23. Previous administration experience in an L&D team/function
24. Previous experience in Education
25. Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (including above)
