The Role * Lead, manage and support a team to deliver projects safely, on time and to the highest standards. * Oversee M&E and fit out works from concept through to commissioning and handover. * Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental and health & safety standards. * Coordinate site activities and subcontractors, chair meetings and track progress. * Support project planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. * Provide operational guidance and contribute to best practice development. The Person Essential Criteria * Proven experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor. * Strong leadership and team development skills. * Background in MEP project management. * Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities. * Client focused with the ability to build strong client relationship with strong communication skills. * Excellent team working skills. * Health & Safety awareness and commercial acumen. Desirable Criteria * Experience in the Pharmaceutical, cleanroom or healthcare environments. * Familiarity with controlled environments and commissioning processes. * Degree or equivalent in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services discipline.
