What you’ll be doing Offering dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with SEND, helping them access learning and feel settled. Working closely with teachers and therapists to follow routines, strategies, and personalised plans. Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and engagement throughout the school day. Creating a supportive space where the learner can make progress at their own pace. What the school is looking for Experience with SEND, whether in schools, care, youth work, or personal settings. Someone with a calm, encouraging approach who doesn’t mind the occasional curveball. Strong communication and a willingness to learn from the team around you.
