Position Overview
Autocentre Manager required in Oxford.
* Competitive basic salary plus bonuses with £50,000+ annual on-target earnings.
* 48‑hour week Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm.
* Up to 44 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays).
Our client, a widely recognised automotive service centre group with 40 locations nationwide, is currently looking to recruit an Autocentre Manager for the Oxford site.
Key Responsibilities
* Promoting and maintaining our client's image, acting as a brand ambassador.
* Delivering outstanding customer service.
* Maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met.
* Coordinating and controlling the work of autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required.
* Ensuring the security of stock and monies, and being accountable for any losses.
* Maintaining company housekeeping standards.
Requirements
* Ideally hold at least a couple of years' experience working in a similar autocentre management role with excellent customer service skills.
* Exceptional Workshop Controllers or Service/Parts Advisors with relevant experience and aspirations to develop their careers.
* Qualifications or practical experience as a Vehicle Technician or an MOT licence desirable (non‑essential).
* Excellent communication skills and customer satisfaction focus to generate new and repeat business.
* A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential.
