Salary: £45,000-£55,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2-3 days on-site across two key sites (both with parking)
Direct Reports: 1 x HR Advisor (Junior-level)

Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted strategic partner to directorates, supporting the full HR life cycle while also leading on ER, workforce planning, service transfers, and organisational development initiatives.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone confident working at true HRBP level-not just ER-who enjoys building processes from scratch, thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and sees projects through from start to finish.
