Key Responsibilities: Support the team in underwriting, evaluating, and structuring real estate acquisitions within the single-family rental sector. Conduct financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, due diligence, and market research. Assist in preparing investment committee memos and supporting transaction execution. Present financing opportunities and provide post-closing support for asset management. You will play a key role in the investment team, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the platform while working in a fun, fast-growing, and dynamic team environment. Requirements: Strong academic credentials from a leading university or business school. 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or real estate debt. Advanced analytical and IT skills. Strong financial modelling, analysis, and research skills (advanced Excel proficiency required). Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and results driven.
