Are you a Psychology/Sports graduate with a passion for education? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our classroom support staff at a primary school in South Liverpool. This full‑time position offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a supportive and rewarding classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
* Support students’ emotional, social, and academic development, especially those with additional needs.
* Observe and provide feedback on student progress, including behavioural and cognitive development.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused, inclusive environment for all learners.
The Ideal Candidate
* A Psychology/Sports graduate with a strong interest in child development and education.
* A compassionate and empathetic individual, committed to supporting students in their learning journey.
* Able to collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ready to make a positive impact in the classroom.
