Job Description:
* Responsible for driving regional revenue growth, bookings, and margin targets for AI services across the UK and Europe.
* Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for AI-led solutions including Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation.
* Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to expand AI services across EMEA markets.
* Focus on new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion, driving multi-year AI transformation engagements.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise AI opportunities while ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
* Engage with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, COO) to position AI ROI, business value, and transformation outcomes.
* Collaborate with AI solution architects, data scientists, and delivery teams to design and present winning proposals.
* Establish partner-driven sales strategies with hyperscalers, AI platforms, and ISVs to scale market reach.
* Represent the organization at AI, technology, and industry events, strengthening market presence and partnerships.
* Ensure effective CRM pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and strategic sales planning across the region.
