Job Description
A successful medium-sized organsiation based in Hampshire is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Business Partner will:
Duties of the Finance Business Partner Role:
* Produce monthly management accounts and lead on reporting for several group entities
* Establishing a key working relationship with key internal stakeholders
* Produce full P&L for several workstreams
* Proactively working with non-finance colleagues to ensure that the finance function becomes embedded in the business and provides value-adding and innovative commercial/financial services, advice, and support
* Utilising Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, developing financial models to produce integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
Requirements of the Finance Business Partner Role:
* ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
* Proven experience in producing accurate management accounts
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with the business effectively
* The ability to mentor junior members of the team.
* Must be ambitious and want to develop their career.
