The Role
Tudor Employment Agency are recruiting for our prestigious client based in Cannock.
We are looking for a highly organised HR Assistant to support the HR team.
This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of HR administration – supporting employees through their journey, keeping records accurate, and helping the business stay organised and compliant.
Alongside the day-to-day admin, you will also play a key role in working with data and reports, using Excel to track trends, spot patterns, and support better decision-making.

Key Responsibilites:
1. HR Administration
2. Supporting the full employee lifecycle – starters, leavers and changes
3. Keeping employee records accurate and up to date
4. Managing HR queries and providing support to employees and managers
5. Assisting with onboarding and ensuring a smooth start for new employees
6. Helping with general admin tasks such as meeting coordination and documentation
Reporting & Data Support (Excel Focus)
7. Using HR systems to maintain accurate records and support reporting
8. Producing and maintaining regular HR reports
9. Using Excel to track key information such as absence, turnover and activity
10. Identifying trends and highlighting anything that needs attention
11. Supporting payroll preparation with accurate data
12. Helping improve how we track and use HR data
Team & Business Support
Supporting wider HR activity and projects
13. Helping maintain strong communication across the business
14. Contributing to a positive and efficient HR service
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (with a focus on Excel), HR systems and payroll processes.
16. Strong administrative and systems experience
17. High attention to detail and accuracy
18. Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
19. Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
20. Proactive, reliable and organised
