A well-established Manufacturer is recruiting a Workshop Electrician to join their depot team in West Dunbartonshire.
This is a hands-on role working on control panels and associated power equipment in a workshop environment.
You will be fault finding, repairing, rewiring and commissioning equipment before it goes back out to site.
The Role
* Diagnose and repair products
* Carry out load testing and commissioning
* Strip down and rewire control panels
* Work on HV transformers and 3-phase 415V systems
* Troubleshoot AC/DC control systems
* Complete job documentation accurately
What We’re Looking For
* Time-served electrician (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Strong industrial electrical background
* Confident fault finding on 3-phase systems
* Experience reading and working from wiring diagrams
* Control panel experience
* Full UK driving licence
This role suits a practical, industrial electrician who is comfortable around heavy plant and power equipment and enjoys solving faults properly rather than just swapping parts.
