Our client is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer ideally with the following experience:
* Provide legal advice and counsel to various internal clients in relation to a wide range of commercial contracts and associated tech law, data protection and other legal issues.
* ability to advise on wide range of third party supplier contracts for provision of goods, services and products across different stakeholder / internal client types.
* Knowledge of regulatory environment and key regulations that affect such third party supplier contracts, e.g. GDPR, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, bank resolution planning requirements.
* Ability to work on key projects for the bank, including for example, implementation of technology projects involving Cloud and AI deployments
* Working with other lawyers globally across an international team to address local law requirements across countries receiving third party supplier services directly and on an inter-affiliate basis.
The anticipated start date is for September 2025. Hybrid working is offered.
The expected duration of the engagement is 12 months.
