We are sourcing an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager for our client, who requires a real leader for their brand messaging, internal communications, and to lead their external marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large service business going through growth & expansion. To lead the brand marketing strategy, allowing customers to really see the organisation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop the Marketing & Brand team, ensuring they remain motivated, focused on achieving business goals, and delivering exciting, engaging, & effective marketing activities.
2. Grow the business brand, communications, & marketing channels, and drive engagement and traffic to the business services.
3. Develop and oversee the marketing strategy, including testing for marketing attraction—sales, acquisition, consumer retention, & consumer engagement.
4. Manage and lead creative agencies to execute the business marketing campaigns.
5. Monitor the performance of the business brand through key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Support the objectives of the business brand strategy by building a culture capable of excelling and being process-oriented for a digitally-led, sustainable business into the future.
Essential Skills / Experience Required:
* Experience in a similar role in marketing, particularly email marketing.
* Experience with content creation such as press releases, SEO content, artwork, print, and digital media.
* Experience with professional bodies such as IDM, CIM, CIPR.
* Project management experience, especially in driving digital change within a growing business.
* Experience working for a service business—candidates should have experience selling a service through brand awareness, not a physical product.
* Skills & technical (ideal but not essential): HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email marketing.
