Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team, to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.
What We Offer
* Guaranteed hours contracts available
* Competitive pay:£13.40 – £14.42 per hour
* £20 per hour on Bank Holidays
* 35p mileage allowance
* Minimum 1-hour calls– giving you time to deliver quality care, no rushed visits
* Accredited training and ongoing professional development

* Variable working patterns available
* 4 days a week (between Mon–Fri one week and between Mon–Sun the next)
* Potential to do some sleeps at £13.00 per hour as and when required (not essential)
Requirements
* Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
* Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients' needs.
