Find out more about the Convention Centre here: Harrogate Convention Centre The role… As a Casual Catering Assistant at Harrogate Convention Centre, you will be part of a team working in various aspects of the front-line operation. You will be customer focused, ensuring a high standard of customer service is upheld at all times. This role will include shift work so a flexible approach is required. Matcham’s is a 7-day operation, so weekend shifts are available. Duties and responsibilities: Serving of food, beverages and alcoholic drinks. Ensure that sales opportunities are maximised by effective selling all services Ensure the effective setting up of rooms and equipment, preparing room layouts to the requirements of the customer. What you will bring… We are seeking motivated individuals that can demonstrate adaptability to be able to work across various aspects of the front-line operation.
