This role helps people receive the right care at the right time, making a real difference to their health and independence. You’ll support the Bee at Home Service Manager to deliver safe, high-quality and personalised health and domiciliary care. Working closely with colleagues and system partners, you’ll help people move smoothly through care pathways, support timely hospital discharge and reduce avoidable admissions. The role is key to keeping the service running well every day and ensuring people receive fair, person-centred support.
