Responsibilities:
* Coordinate conference logistics and manage engagement meetings at major Oncology congresses to ensure high quality site engagement.
* Utilize project management tools to oversee multiple meetings and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.
* Adhere to SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance.
* Support patient recruitment and retention initiatives, vendor management, and documentation in the virtual Trial Master File.
* Manage project timelines and budgets, and support vendor activities.
* Promote employee engagement and uphold J&J Credo Behaviors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific or health-related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical trial execution or patient recruitment.
* Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems learning agility.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Ariba, Concur, or related systems.
* Familiarity with Global Connect/Telepresence solutions.
