Associate Director / Director – Project Management – Retail Sector

We are seeking to strengthen our Property & Construction team with a strategic appointment. This is an excellent opportunity to lead our Retail sector offering in Scotland and the UK, working with blue-chip clients and expanding our presence in this sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering your own projects, serving as the key client contact, developing our team, and growing our sector presence.

Relevant skills and experience:
* Experience at a Senior Associate / Director level
* Key Account Management and New Business Development experience
* Strong Retail sector experience & contacts
* Experience assisting leasing teams with tenant negotiations and lease discussions, including Head of Terms (HoT’s) and Agreements for Lease (AfL’s)
* Experience drafting shell specifications for tenant discussions
* Experience working with Asset & Development Managers on feasibility studies for new initiatives
* Experience delivering large retail park expansions, tenant churn, and asset management projects
* Relevant Project Management qualification
* Chartered status with APM / RICS preferred
* Experience providing Contract Administration and Employers Agent services under JCT contracts
* Strong focus on compliance with internal governance and legal regulations
