What you'll be doing
1. Accountable: Establishes technical objectives and delegates responsibilities.
2. Leadership: Influences a significant part of own organisation and influences customers/suppliers and industry at a senior management level (e.g. around resourcing of delivery teams and technical direction of work).
3. Leadership: Directs work resourcing, owns site issues and resolution of problems
4. Leadership: Performs technical coaching and mentoring
Essential Skills
5. Extensive Knowledge of Transmission Network and management platforms.
6. Extensive Field Network installation, integration, and testing experience.
7. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, perform under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication (including strong technical writing skills), as well as presentation, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
