Fabritech delivers high-end acoustic fabric systems to clients across music, media, and premium commercial fit-out sectors.
Alongside this, you will gain exposure to — and contribute towards — the growth of Studio Creations and inSono Acoustics, working on high-end studio and technical projects globally.
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how to run a business properly, not just sit within one.
The Opportunity
You will work directly with the owners across:

You will not be micromanaged — but you will be expected to take ownership quickly.
Over time, this role will develop into a senior operational / leadership position as the business scales.

* Assisting in developing systems and processes as the business grows

Who wants to step up into a more commercially driven role.
You should be:
* Highly intelligent and able to think independently
* Organised and detail-focused
* Commercially aware (understanding cost, margin, value)
* Confident dealing with clients, contractors, and suppliers
* Proactive and comfortable taking ownership
* Motivated to build something — not just do a job
A degree in Business, Construction, Engineering or similar is beneficial but not essential.
Important
This is a hands-on role.
You will be expected to:
* Solve problems
* Make decisions
* Take responsibility
This is not a corporate environment — and not suited to someone looking for a low-responsibility position.
Salary & Progression
£35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
* performance-based bonuses
Clear progression into a senior operational / leadership role within 12–24 months for the right individual.
