Carbon60's aerospace client is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join their team based in Broughton. As the HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing a wide range of personnel administration changes, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of the company's workforce. The HR Analyst will be responsible for analysing and approving incoming personnel administration changes through the Workday system. This includes processing changes related to external and internal recruits, terminations, job changes, location changes, working time changes, contract changes, and personal details updates. Additionally, the HR Analyst will monitor the interface between the Workday and SAP systems, manually processing any changes that cannot be handled through the interface monitoring tool. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a logical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in data input, data analysis, and handling queries, preferably within a payroll environment, is highly desirable.
