Recognised portfolio, programme, or project management qualification (e.g., MoP, Prince2, APM) is beneficial but not essential. Responsibilities: Maintain a comprehensive view of the IT and change portfolio, including status, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials. Design and embed portfolio-level reporting, governance, and escalation processes to support senior decision-making. Challenge project and programme leads on delivery plans, forecasts, and milestones to improve portfolio confidence. Monitor resourcing, identify cross-project dependencies, risks, and issues, and escalate with actionable recommendations.
