What you’ll be doing
* Coordinating service schedules and installations for customers, ensuring timely delivery and seamless communication.
* Organising internal and external engineers’ jobs and supporting the team to deliver high-quality service.
* Managing incoming calls and responding to client and distributor inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Performing administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate service records.
* Collaborating across departments to ensure every customer receives exceptional service and support.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and phone etiquette with a customer-first attitude.
* Confident with data entry and computerised systems – Sage experience is ideal.
* Experience working with teams of engineers and coordinating technical jobs.
* A positive, proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
