Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to managers and teams across the business—providing expert guidance on employment matters, leading employee relations casework, and supporting the delivery of strategic People Plans. You’ll play a key role in shaping their culture, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring their HR practices are legally sound and future ready.
Key Highlights
* Advise on employment law, HR policies, and conflict resolution
* Lead employee relations case management and change initiatives (including TUPE)
* Coach managers on leadership, performance, and talent development
* Collaborate on central HR projects and policy evolution
* Influence across all levels with confidence and credibility
