In this varied role, you’ll support the digital operations team by managing structured data, improving workflows, and exploring AI-powered tools to enhance internal processes across departments like manufacturing, scheduling, and administration. ️ Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage data across platforms like Salesforce, Sage, and Trello Support and improve data transitions using automation tools such as Parabola Work with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams) to manage communication and reports Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) to streamline reporting and process efficiency Provide general system support and contribute to internal automation projects Collaborate across teams to refine and enhance digital workflows What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and a logical, problem-solving mindset Comfortable working with digital tools and structured data Curious about or experienced with AI and automation Able to learn new systems quickly, including bespoke platforms A clear communicator who works well across different departments Why Apply?
