Job Description
We are supporting a major organisation delivering a large-scale finance transformation programme, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).They are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to take ownership of process design and standardisation across finance, acting as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for the programme.This is a high-impact role, shaping how finance will operate in the future.Key Responsibilities
3. Lead the design and standardisation of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C)
4. Act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Finance
5. Develop a structured process framework and GPO catalogue
6. Deliver process mapping and documentation
7. Lead workshops and working sessions with key stakeholders
8. Manage and support a Finance Business Analyst
9. Ensure alignment between business processes and the D365 F&O solution
10. Contribute to the wider finance transformation programme
The Successful Applicant
Key Requirements
11. Strong background in finance (e.g. Finance Manager, Transformation Lead, Head of Finance)
12. Proven experience leading finance transformation or process design initiatives
13. Deep understanding of end-to-end finance processes
14. Hands-on experience with process mapping and process improvement
15. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
16. Experience working within complex transformation programmes
Desirable
17. Experience working alongside ERP implementations (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
18. Familiarity with operating model design and governance frameworks
19. Experience in large or complex organisations
