As Customer Experience Coordinator, our client is looking for someone who has exceptional customer service and internal sales skills, due to expansion within the business. Fluent in German is essential as you will be looking after their German B2B customers.\n\nDuties and responsibilities for the Customer Experience Coordinator:\n\nDiagnosing a customer's product requirements and providing a solution.\nManaging the sales process from lead to customer.\nProviding quotes and pricing to customers.\nComplete all sales support administration tasks accurately and effectively including processing sales orders and quotations.\nConsult with customers with regards to the correct product for them.\nLiaise with internal warehouse, transport, and engineering teams to ensure lead times are met.
\n\nSkills and experience required for the Customer Experience Coordinator:\n\nAt least 2 years of experience within a customer experience, customer support or sales role.\nAn inquisitive mind and passion for learning about technical components.\nFluent in English as well as German\nGood organisational skills.\nExcellent customer care skills & telephone manner\nHigh level of concentration and excellent attention to detail.\nConfidence and experience to develop the role and make it your own.\nGood working knowledge of CRM or e-commerce platforms such as Hubspot, Zendesk, or similar.\nProficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel. \n\nAdditional details & benefits:\n\n40 hours per week, Monday to Friday\nOffice-based, work from home every Friday with early finish at 2.15pm\nFlexible working, 'Smart Time' after probation\n25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays\nContributory Paycare scheme\nAnnual salary review \n\nImpact Recruitment Services are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client.\n\nPlease note, due to the high volumes of applications we receive daily, should you not be contacted within 72 hours, your application is unsuccessful.
