This is a rare opportunity to join a small, owner-managed fiduciary business where your contribution will be visible from day one! Working across both fund and company secretarial matters, you'll gain hands‑on exposure in a collaborative, close‑knit team.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting with preparation of investor correspondence and responses to investor queries.
* Preparing statutory and regulatory filings.
* Maintaining corporate records and statutory registers.
* Preparing payments and conducting bank detail call‑backs.
* Supporting Board meeting preparation and compiling Board packs.
* Attending Board meetings and assisting with preparation of minutes.
* Drafting corporate resolutions with guidance.
* Monitoring cash transactions and supporting fund reporting issuance.
* Assisting with drawdown and distribution notices.
* Undertaking bank account openings and associated workflows.
* Preparing CDD requests and maintaining electronic filing systems.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' relevant experience within fund or corporate administration and ideally be working towards a qualification such as CGI. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and accounting systems are essential. A proactive and collaborative approach is key within this small team environment.
