Our client, a social housing organisation, seeks an Application Support Analyst to support and enhance their core business systems, with particular focus on their Housing Management System.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert support for incidents and requests related to core business applications
* Interpret business requirements and translate these into technical enhancements
* Maintain and optimise business applications, identifying areas for improvement
* Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
* Work with stakeholders to ensure applications align to business needs
* Design and document workflows and integrations across business applications
* Analyse incident trends, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
* Lead on structured change to core business applications
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure applications meet organisational needs
* Produce reporting to demonstrate application performance
* Significant experience of application support within a social housing organisation
* Strong project management experience in complex housing environments
* Experience supporting and developing core business applications in social housing (housing management, document management, reporting systems)
* Excellent vendor and third party relationship management
* Knowledge of business improvement methodologies
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
* Ability to explain complex processes to non-technical audiences
