As a People Administrator, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture (P&C) team on an initial 6-month Fixed-term contract, providing essential administrative services across all our brands and corporate functions in the UK. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, ensuring records are maintained, and assisting colleagues with their queries.
Your Responsibilities include:
* Provide full administrative support to the P&C team, including processes for UK corporate functions
* Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, transfer letters, and promotion letters
* Acknowledge resignation letters and manage all associated paperwork
* Prepare salary review letters and bonus letters using mail-merge
* Handle mortgage, loan, rental, and employment reference requests
* Maintain and update HR files
* Keep HR system updated with monthly changes
Qualifications
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
* Experience in HR support or administration (preferred)
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
