An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right individuals to join Birmingham Youth Justice Service as a Intervention Worker supporting the Birmingham Youth Justice Service (YJS). In this dynamic role, you’ll be delivering intervention programmes and leading positive activities for children who are open to the YJS. The work can take place in a small group setting or on a one-to-one basis, depending on the needs of each young person.
If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in young lives and have experience working with children or youth in a supportive or mentoring capacity, we would love to hear from you. This role offers the chance to engage directly with children, support their development, and help guide them towards positive outcomes through tailored interventions and engaging activities.
Onboarding Process: Please note as part of our onboarding process, the successful candidate will be required undergo a series of background checks with Experian Including Experian Right to Work, and Digital ID verification. These are essential pre-employment requirements.
