We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our transport desk based in Burton-on-Trent.
Hours : Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, early finishes on a Friday!
Pay : Negotiable depending on industry experience
Location : Burton on Trent (DE14 1PT)
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract HGV drivers to support current and new clients within the transport and logistics industry
* Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate registrations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs/requirements
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
* Contacting prospect clients via Business Development (cold-calling/networking etc.)
** Due to the nature of this role, it is essential you have access to your own transport **
Experience:
* Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience within either the transport/logistics or industrial/warehousing industry
