Regional Director
Salary: £DOE + car allowance
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Field-based (London & East - Cambs Essex) Travel required to our nurseries each day

About the Role
As a key leader at Bright Horizons UK, the Regional Director oversees operations across multiple nurseries, ensuring excellence in people management, quality, and growth. This includes regular site visits, strategic planning, and driving performance in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support nursery management teams, promoting company values and culture
* Drive improvements in quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
* Implement strategies for people development and business growth
* Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and consistent policy application
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing on key initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing 15+ sites in a regulated service sector
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and performance management skills
* Track record of driving growth, innovation, and service excellence
* Ability to use data and digital tools to improve outcomes
* Enhanced DBS required and Driving Licence
