Duties and responsibilities related to the Groups and Events Manager role ? · Liaise with clients to confirm event details and ensure all requirements are accurately captured. · Manage group bedroom blocks, rooming lists, and billing arrangements from contract stage to departure. · Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution of events and group bookings. · Host pre- and post-event meetings to review client expectations and outcomes. · Conduct site visits and client show rounds as needed. · Prepare invoices promptly and ensure timely processing of payments and deposits. · Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
