Recovery Worker - Criminal Justice (Ref:0061ZD)

As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. We do not have a sponsorship license and cannot sponsor candidates to live and work in the UK. Candidates must hold the right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
This is an integral role for With You, managing an active caseload of clients, connecting quickly with those we support, and treating them with respect and dignity. We seek a compassionate, motivated individual with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. Experience in health, social care, criminal justice, or related fields, especially with substance misuse issues, is preferred but not essential. We will provide training and support to develop your skills.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage time effectively. Working as part of a team to ensure high-quality service is essential. A driving license is preferred, and access to a vehicle is required.
We are looking for someone passionate about our mission, with a positive and engaging approach to clients and stakeholders. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturday and late-night work on a rota basis. This is a fixed-term position until 31/03/2026, with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
