A large, well-known and highly regarded school in the Harborne area is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Assistant to join their premises team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school environment and play a key role in maintaining a safe, well-presented site for pupils, staff, and visitors.
The Role:

Support the day-to-day running of the school site
*
Carry out general caretaking and maintenance duties
*
Ensure the premises are clean, safe, and secure at all times
*
Assist with opening and closing the site as required
*
Set up rooms and spaces for lessons, events, and meetings
*
Respond to maintenance issues and health & safety requirements
*
Support deliveries and general site operations
Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a site assistant, caretaker, or maintenance role (desirable)
*
Driving licence desirable due to the size of the school site
*
Practical, hands-on, and proactive approach
*
Good understanding of health & safety procedures
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
